Air Man’s first personal log entry following Mega Man’s assault on his city and their subsequent encounter
“Our city was built on floating surfaces perched among the clouds. I was stationed at the capitol safe behind master’s walls. Orders were to remain within unless or until provoked, and if provoked disarm, destroy, or disable at any cost | Then there he was, upon us with a bloodlust in his eyes. His arm— he wrought destruction far across the sky. And I beheld the city’s ruin from afar. The sound— the metal— gods, the chaos filled the skies | Then there he was: before me with a madness in his eyes | the air— the scent of death was all about the room | And for a moment I was out among the clouds | apart, adrift upon the wind and then a flash! A charge excited the sky! As storm and tempest multiplied | my foe, now terrified, and powerless in the storm | his body pinned to the door | he struggles to escape | and suddenly all was ash | all was dust”
